Project Case Study
Greyhound Terminal Parking Garage
Located in downtown Pittsburgh the Greyhound Terminal Parking Garage had deteriorated from years of neglect. The top level was leaking onto cars parked below. In addition many of the existing concrete beams had developed cracks. Nathan Contracting was hired by Greyhound to restore the top level. Nathan Contracting removed the failed existing asphalt surface and membrane system. Sections on the deteriorated concrete deck were repaired. Subsequently, a hot rubber asphalt waterproofing system with an asphalt overlay was installed. The existing beams that had developed cracks were epoxy injected and a new lighting system was installed on the lower level.
